It is not a new thing that people generally love to eat. When we get delicious food in front of us, we forget about food control.

A thousand efforts throughout the year will not work if we are not conscious about our food intake. If we list our daily food according to physical activity and age, the tendency of overeating and untimely eating is bound to decrease. Below is a daily food list that a person can follow every day to hopefully stay healthy.

Saturday

Morning:  Bread, vegetables, eggs, color tea.

Lunch:   Rice, fish, any kind of vegetables, pulses.

Afternoon: fruit.

Night:  Bread, vegetables, a glass of milk.

Morning:  Parota, vegetables, color tea.

Lunch:  Rice, vegetables, fish.

Afternoon:  Juice of good brand.

Night:  Bread, vegetables, salad.

Monday

Morning:  Flour bread, banana, color tea.

Lunch:  Rice, vegetables, meat, salad.

Afternoon:  Good quality sandwiches.

Night:  Flour bread, pulse, salad.

Tuesday

Morning:  Bread, jam, eggs, color tea.

Lunch: Rice, vegetables, small sea fish, pulses.

Afternoon:  Guava, apple or orange.

Night:  Vegetables, Khichuri.

 wednesday

Morning:  Flour bread, roasted liver, color tea.

Lunch:  Rice, vegetables, salad, pulses.

Afternoon:  Biscuits, coffee, juice.

Night: Rice, pulses, bhaji, sea fish.

Thursday

Morning:  Bread, vegetables, a fruit, color tea.

Lunch:  Rice, pulses, meat.

Afternoon:  Muri, chira, tea.

Night:  Bread, vegetables, salad.

Friday

Morning:  Vegetables, Khichuri.

Lunch:  Rice, fish, vegetables, salad.

Afternoon:  fruit.

Night:  Any food of your choice.

Eat regularly for the whole month. Choose your favorite menu at leisure. Keep this list in a place where you can always see it. Take a look at the list before you indulge in food cravings. Our conscience will prevent us from eating more. Take care of yourself and eat in moderation.
