It is hard to find such a person in the world who does not like tomatoes. People eat tomatoes in different ways. Below is a list of how to make pakoras with tomatoes. Which can be used for breakfast.

Ingredients:

Tomatoes:  4-6 (medium size)

Gram flour:  2 cup

Coriander leaves:  2 cup (chopped)

Green chillies:  4 (finely chopped)

Garlic:  3 cloves (chopped)

Onion:  In quantity

Spice powder: In quantity

Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp

Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp

Cumin Powder: 1/2 tsp

Salt:  In quantity

Oil: For frying in quantity

Water: like quarter to make besan sweet

Instructions:

First, wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.In a mixing bowl mix gram flour, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic, onion, spice powder, turmeric powder , black pepper powder, cumin powder and salt well.The mixture should be poured parallel to the cold water, so as to aid in sweetening.

Now dip the tomato pieces in the gram flour mixture, so that the tomatoes are covered well.

Once mixed well, now heat the oil and make the pakoras.

Fry the sliced tomato pakoras with Moira in oil so that it becomes very firm and well coated.

Make the pakoras slimmer and healthier then your tomato pakoras are ready!

This tomato pakora can be served to anyone in the kitchen  and give your family a delicious meal. With this simple and healthy tomato recipe, you can easily make a tasty and delicious breakfast.
