HAIR LOSS PROBLEM

To stop hair loss, you must first know the cause of hair loss

Hair loss problem

It is difficult to find people who have not suffered from the problem of hair loss. Our daily lifestyle, diet, weather etc. all play a role behind hair loss. However, hair can fall naturally to a certain extent. Not all hair on our head grows. 90% of the hair grows normally and the remaining 10% is in the resting phase or unchanged.

Resting phase hairs are usually shed and the opposite is regrowth. According to experts, shedding around 100 hairs per day is normal. However, if more hair falls than this, it should be understood that more than 10 percent of hair has gone into the resting phase and hair loss is occurring. It can be caused by daily lifestyle, chronic illness or unhealthy eating habits. In such cases it is wise to consult a dermatologist or trichologist.

Again, while sunlight is good for hair, its harmful UV rays can cause hair loss. UV rays weaken and dry the hair, causing the hair to lose its natural luster and cause breakage. This increases the rate of hair loss almost twice as much as normal. Also, if you tie your hair too tightly, comb your hair while it is wet, or if you do not keep your hair clean or take care of it, it can cause it to fall out prematurely.

But currently, the most damaging to women's hair is not using the right cosmetic products on their hair. Like skin, hair types vary. If a shampoo suitable for oily hair is used when the hair is dry, it will definitely not benefit the hair! So mild shampoos should be used and before buying an oil or shampoo one should check the ingredients to get better results. Better not to switch brands too often. One should always use the products of the brand which is of good quality and good for the hair.
